We aim to send out orders by first class post on the next working day. Larger orders will be sent by courier and for these we will need a contact phone number (all courier companies now require this).
Post and packaging is included for most of our smaller products. For books and selected items in the Gifts section there is an additional charge of £2.00 which will be added at the checkout stage.
With the exception of the Phillipa Lawrence made range of Jewellery, orders over £50 are Post and packing free. For the Phillipa Lawrence made range of Jewellery, each item has £5.00 for special delivery included within the price. If ordering three or more items from this range contact us first as we can combine the postage on some of these.
All pricing and postage charges are for orders from the UK only. Overseas buyers please contact us first.
Cancellation, refunds and returns.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before it is dispatched. Please call us on 01437 541201. We will need your name and address details, as well as your order number to process the cancellation.
We offer you an exchange or a refund for up to 7 days from the date of dispatch provided that the goods are returned complete, unused, unopened and with their original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or have been used or opened unless they are faulty. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit so please ensure that they are packaged carefully and adequately. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot accept liability for any goods lost in transit.
In the event that you receive goods which are damaged or defective please contact us by phone or email within 7 days from receipt of your order. We will repair or replace any damaged or defective item or refund to you the amount that you paid for the item(s) in question. If the damage has happened in transit, please keep all the packaging in case we need to make a claim against the carrier. This does not affect any other rights you may have at law.
All refunds will be processed as soon as practicably possible and will only be refunded to the same credit / debit card that was used for purchase.
