Description:
Giclée print from an original watercolour by Claudia Myatt, printed on watercolour paper. Supplied with backing board and a white mount ready to fit in the frame of your choice.

Artist's comments:
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t to than by the ones you did do.  So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbour.  Catch the trade winds in your sails.  Explore, dream, discover”.  This Mark Twain quote is many people’s favourite, and a perfect subject for me.  Take it on any level you like! 

The boat is based on the schooner ‘Valdivia’, from a photo taken at the America’s Cup Jubilee in 2001, for no other reason than I love the shape of a schooner’s rig.
